Equivalent Fractions & Simplest Form

For tonight's assignment, let's complete some Khan Academy Videos and an exercise to help you review Equivalent Fractions & Simplest Form. 


Click on the picture above or click here to be taken to the Khan Academy lesson to complete for practice.  Make sure you log into your Khan Academy account (via Google).    Your check for understanding will simply be completing the Simplifying Fractions exercise in Khan Academy.   The videos are the triangles and the stars are the activities (as you will see on the right hand side).

Fractions and Decimals on the Numberline

The goal of tonight's lesson is to label a point on a number line using a fraction and a decimal, and write a decimal for a point on a number line.

After you watch the three videos, complete the check for understanding.   We will use this to make groups for Friday's class.
